Nejat is the kind of person that keeps asking (the right!) questions. More than once did he save ourselves from committing to building out a solution a certain way, when actually there was a much better way. This is exactly what you’d want from a product designer, and Nejat has fully embraced it.

The really great part here is that Nejat is able to design a product that users love to use, while at the same time never losing sight of the business requirements and needs! This is a talent, not every product designer has this in my experience.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Nejat for about a year and a half at iChoosr. Nejat works like a scientist, never satisfied with an assumption until he has seen the evidence for it.

We worked together on the installer flow, a complex sign-up with a long due diligence process. It was a tough challenge, and his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills made our designs a lot stronger.

He is also humble, funny and a pleasure to work with. He is a thinker who works independently and can pick up almost anything. I strongly recommend him.

Nejat is a curious and driven designer with a great eye for detail. He was a calm and steady force in the team and an empathetic mentor, asking the right questions to reflect and grow. Besides all that, Nejat is a very kind person. It has been a pleasure working with him!
